Accel at Willow Bend was highly recommended by a dear friend and I know God answered our prayers. My mom felt like family because everyone was so kind and cheerful. I was greeted by Charity, who was so patient and caring as she guided me on our first day there. Barby and Leah greeted me every time I visited and made me feel comforted even though things were not ideal physically for my mom. A shout out the Shamika and Carol too. The nurses, always smiling, always kind and caring, helped my mom progress.
I will not be able to thank each person so a huge thank you to those unnamed, but God knows who you are and there is a special place in heaven for you. Thanks Adela, her weekend nurse, Chika, Suzanne, Joseph, Freddie, and Deborah along with many others. Heidi has an awesome team — I got to see a few physical therapists in action — high marks for Remi, Michael (she said she wishes she had a son like Micheal), Spencer and Jamesha — and all those unnamed — thank you.
I met one occupational therapist and one speech therapist; both were excellent. The cleaning crew, everyone with the dining and support staff, she loved her haircuts by Emily and helped my mom feel better and get better. My eternal thanks go out to you. Thanks, Natasha, for always returning calls and listening. My mom wanted to stay when we left. (But gratefully she graduated to more independence.) God bless!
